French-born and of Moroccan heritage, Adil Rida is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 20 years of dedicated practice and teaching. Known for his disciplined, dynamic, and deeply mindful approach, his teaching style is rooted in structure, precision, and embodied awareness. Adil guides students to explore alignment through conscious breathwork, technical integrity, and meditative stillness.
Certified in 2005 by the Bikram Yoga College of India, Adil is also a devoted practitioner and teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and a highly trained Thai Yoga Massage therapist.
He has studied extensively across Southeast Asia, including periods of practice in Mysore (India), Nepal, and Thailand. His background as a martial artist and aerial performer brings a unique physical intelligence, discipline, and creativity to his teaching.
A global teacher and retreat leader, Adil has shared his practice across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, including the U.S., Canada, Morocco, Sweden, Latvia, the UAE, and Mexico.
Adil is deeply grateful to have learned from some of the most respected teachers in the yoga world, including Emmy Cleaves, Petri Räisänen, Saraswati Jois, David Swenson, and others who have profoundly shaped his path.
His mission is to empower students to transcend mental and physical limitations, using yoga as a path to self-mastery, resilience, and inner peace.
