Born in Paris and of Moroccan heritage, Adil Rida is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. Known for his disciplined, dynamic, and deeply mindful approach, Adil’s teaching style is rooted in structure, precision, and spiritual depth.

Certified in 2005 by the Bikram Yoga College of India, he is also a dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, and a highly trained Thai massage therapist. His classes skillfully blend physical alignment with breathwork and meditative awareness—inviting students to explore the full potential of both body and mind.

Adil has studied yoga extensively across Southeast Asia, including Mysore (India), Nepal, and Thailand. His background as a martial artist and aerial performer adds a unique layer of embodied wisdom and discipline to his teaching.

A global teacher and retreat leader, Adil has shared his practice across North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East—including the U.S., Canada, Morocco, Sweden, Latvia, the UAE, and Mexico.

Adil is deeply grateful to have studied with and been inspired by some of the most respected teachers and mentors in the yoga world, including Emmy Cleaves, Sri T. Krishnamacharya, Petri Räisänen, Saraswati Jois, David Swenson, and many others who have shaped his path and practice.

His mission is to empower students to transcend mental and physical limitations, using yoga as a path to true self-mastery and inner liberation.
